HISTORY

Aqua Quip is a pool and spa company here in Seattle. It was started by Brians grandfather inand  they have been in business now for nearly 50 years. Today they have 10 stores nearly 100 employees and 20 million a year in sales. I am so excited for all of you to meet Brian as he is just one of the most honorable and delightful CEO’s I know.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF WARM WATER IMMERSION

I read a study by Jonathan B. (“J.B.”) Smith, Ed.D. in Hot Water & Healthy Living released by Indiana University of Pennsylvania Department of Health and Physical Education and learned about the startling research shows that both the body and mind benefit from the simple act of immersion in warm water. Brian and I also talked all about the benefits of warm water immersion as being a really important health benefit.

When I asked Brian what he thought was the most important and necessary communication skill for men and women in business today, he had a very wise answer: Listening.
