Tip Of The Day:Writing ~ Identifying Your Main Message

The main message is the single most important one or two ideas you want your listener to remember.

These ideas are the hook.

Once you have found your hook, you will know what to hang the rest of your speech on.

As you move through the writing process, try to write the way you speak.

Most peopleĆ­s writing style tends to be more formal than their speaking style.

If your writing sounds like you speak, it is just right.
